EXPLORE YOUR PERSONALITY SPECTRUM

Four personalities.
One complete you.

Prism looks at the balance between four personality styles. Everyone can draw on all four. Your answers reveal their current distribution, your leading combination and what may shift under pressure.

Here, “personalities” means behavioural styles within one person. These are patterns to explore, rather than separate identities.

AN ANCIENT QUESTION

Why do we respond
so differently?

People have been asking that question for centuries.

In the ancient Greek medical tradition, writers explained differences between people through the balance of four bodily “humours”: blood, phlegm, yellow bile and black bile. Galen, a Greek physician working in the Roman world, developed ideas about temperament using qualities such as hot, cold, wet and dry.

These were historical beliefs about the body and temperament. They did not describe separate personalities living inside a person, and the medical theory has been discarded.

01 / ANCIENT GREECE

A question of balance

Humoral theory sought to explain variation in health and temperament through different mixtures within the body.

02 / THE ROMAN WORLD

A language of temperament

Galen developed this tradition. Its influence continued for centuries, long before modern psychological research.

03 / PRISM TODAY

A modern reflective framework

Prism takes the broad idea of a mixture as inspiration. Its four personality styles and two behavioural axes are a new framework, not a direct translation of ancient humours or proof of their claims.

THOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS. TRANSPARENT ANALYSIS.

Insight starts
with your answers.

Prism combines your everyday responses, your responses under pressure and eight forced choices. Its scoring engine calculates your personality distribution across four styles and identifies your leading combination of two personalities.

Consistency checks flag answers that may need a second look. Separate calculations describe how defined your distribution is, how evenly the personalities are represented and where your pressure profile changes.

Clear limits matter. Prism is an original, unvalidated development tool. Precise calculations do not establish scientific accuracy or predict behaviour. Your report offers possibilities to examine against your own experience.

Will Prism put me into a personality type?

Your report names your leading combination to make it easier to discuss. You still have all four personality styles, and the pattern can change with context and time. It is a starting point for reflection.

Is the assessment scientifically validated?

Not at present. The scoring has software tests, but that is different from psychometric validation. Prism does not claim to measure personality with established accuracy, diagnose conditions or predict performance.

Why do you ask for my name and email?

Your name personalises your report. Your email helps you recover access and connects your assessment to an optional purchase. We ask for the name you want on your report; it does not have to be your full legal name. Taking Prism does not sign you up to marketing.

Can an employer see my result?

This version does not share your result with an employer, team administrator or public profile. You decide whether to show someone your downloaded report. Prism must not be used to make hiring, promotion or disciplinary decisions.

Do I have to buy the full report?

No. Your personality distribution and combination summary are free. The full report is an optional purchase after you see your summary. You can review the total price at checkout.
